Today I want to share my opinion about documentary film by Morgan Spurlock "Super Size Me" from 2004. It shows what'll happen when healthy person starts to eat food from McDonald's everyday through one month.
Our hero also visit doctors every week during this experiment and do research, including blood pressure, liver condiction, cholesterol level and body & mind changes. This film also shows how food industry and big companies tries to increase their benefits with advertisement, large portion of food ( "more for less") and by creating good memories while we're spending our time in McDonald's and other places.
It's dangerous for adults, but even more for children. These places serve us a kind of rafined food, with a lot of fat and sugar. It's even served in many schools everyday. If you have children you can notice that many of your family members will give them candies, even if you won't agree. It's so hard to avoid sugar and fat addiction in our times, especialy when it's growing with person during childhood, teenage and adult life.
I think that film is nice piece of knowledge for everyone, especially for people who lives in "Super-size world" like we do now.

Joanna
